Hey there! I’m Erica.

For nearly two decades, I've helped build consumer brands by combining strategy, creativity, and a deep understanding of the people they're meant to serve. My experience spans brand development, product launches, packaging, creative leadership, and marketing, primarily within niche consumer industries where building trust and community matters.

I began my career at Nexus Brands Group, helping build the company's creative and marketing organizations during a period of rapid growth that culminated in acquisitions by Bunker Hill Capital and Audax Group. Since then, I've partnered with consumer brands through Pineal Brands and now serve as Head of Creative & Brand Strategy at ACTIV, helping founders scale brands through audience insights, creative strategy, and performance marketing.

I live in the woods, in a small South Jersey town, 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia. I’m a dedicated Philly sports fan (go BIRDS!) and enjoy reading, camping, painting, and shooting pool.
